2016 "Sparkler" Sparkling Pinot Noir / Chardonnay

Made in the traditional method of bottle fermentation, the 2011 ‘Sparkler’ displays a vibrant, elegant nose of pear and freshly baked bread brought about by extended ageing on yeast lees. The creamy, rich palate displays finesse through to the crisp citrus finish.
