Delivery
All orders placed online will be packed and dispatched within 5 business days, upon full payment being received.
If hot weather is expected enroute to destination we may delay delivery to ensure product arrives in optimal condition.
All orders will be delivered via Fastway or Australia Post.
Shipping & Delivery (for orders under $400):
Sydney Metro, Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter $20 | 1-2 business days
Regional NSW $25 | 2-3 business days
VIC, ACT, QLD, TAS $30 | 5-10 business days
SA, WA, NT $40 | 10 business days
Free shipping is offered on all orders of $400 or more
Please note that some States or Territories may experience delays through the post network. If your order has still not been received within two weeks, please email us with your order number and purchase date, and we will contact our delivery partner on your behalf: drink@ridgeview.com.au
Payment
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. It is a condition of purchase that you verify that you are 18 years of age or over. If you do not confirm that you are 18 years or over, your order will not be processed.
All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of Australian taxes, WET (Wine Equalisation Tax) and GST (Goods and Services Tax) but are exclusive of delivery charges. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
Stripe is used to process all credit card transactions through our website. We accept VISA, Mastercard and Amex.
