Our Wine

RidgeView Wines are the result of a dream, hard work and passion. Like many other Hunter Valley wineries we are a small family owned operation. We handcraft small batches of estate and locally grown fruit to create wines that are reflective of all that embodies the Hunter Valley.

Great wines come from great vineyards. Our focus centres round sustaining a balanced biodiversity in the vineyard. From the soil to the cover crops our viticultural practices, which include Integrated Pest Management, allow beautifully balanced vines producing the best quality
fruit. 

Thus, the resultant wines have won us many trophies and a 5 star Halliday rating. We look forward to showcasing our wines so you can be the judge.

Our Restaurant

Here at RidgeView we are situated in one of Australia and the world’s most celebrated wine regions. Its prolific reputation is built on the back of family owned wineries which are constantly looking for ways to evolve and improve their craft, whilst staying true to the Hunter’s origins. As a restaurant our focus is no different. We aim to create a dining experience that embodies all the Hunter has to offer by serving quality, locally sourced produce, in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere.

Our chefs have drawn inspiration from our local region fusing modern technique with native ingredients to produce a unique modern Australian menu. Join us for a memorable al fresco dining experience overlooking our picturesque vineyards.

We are registered for the NSW Dine & Discover program and accept the $25 vouchers. Only one voucher per table can be used on table service food only. Cannot be used on takeaway or alcohol.

Our Restaurant is adjacent to the Cellar Door and is open for Breakfast (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) Lunch and Dinner (Thursday through to Sunday).

It’s the perfect place for functions and weddings. We can cater for small intimate gatherings as well as larger scale events. Our Restaurant seats up to 100-110 guests utilising the outdoor alfresco veranda.

Our Cottages

Nestled in an idyllic setting of majestic spotted gums and ironbarks, overlooking waterways circumscribed by natural bushland and vineyards, RidgeView Cottages provides a secluded oasis to escape and unwind.

Choose from 4 cottages, beautifully spaced amongst the trees around our dam. Warrina and Jingella are our king bedroom cottages (1 bedroom) and Kiewa and Parragilga are our queen bedroom cottages (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). Total capacity in our cottages is 12 guests (6 couples).

Your Wedding

RidgeView has both ceremony and reception venues on site. We pride ourselves on providing tailor made wedding packages to suit each couples’ needs.

Experience the romance of a ceremony surrounded by picturesque vineyards, bushland and waterways. Our stylish Restaurant with its unique timber vaulted ceilings and first class facilities then becomes your reception venue and opens up to an expansive undercover verandah that showcases the stunning views overlooking our vineyards.
