Description
The 2019 Pinot Gris was handpicked from our “Little Gully” vineyard at perfect ripeness during one of the hottest Hunter summers on record. The brilliant lemon, green hue gives rise to delicate ripe pear, white peach and citrus lemon aromas. The full palate is dominated by sweet pear, white peach and fresh citrus characters with a long, lingering finish balanced by elegant soft acidity.
This wine is an ideal accompaniment to fresh seafood, salads, antipasto or Asian cuisine and it’s ready for immediate enjoyment but has the potential for 2-3 years cellaring.
