Here at RidgeView we are situated in one of Australia and the world’s most celebrated wine regions. Its prolific reputation is built on the back of family owned wineries which are constantly looking for ways to evolve and improve their craft, whilst staying true to the Hunter’s origins. As a
restaurant our focus is no different. We aim to create a dining experience that embodies all the Hunter has to offer by serving quality, locally sourced produce, in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere.
Our Menu draws inspiration from Mediterranean cultures where families and friends come together to enjoy meals whilst slowly grazing on shared dishes. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have halted our shared style of dining and now have a varied al a carte menu, catering for all dietary requirements. There is still a set tasting menu and degustation menu for you to spend the afternoon relaxing with our hospitality. Join us for a memorable al fresco dining experience overlooking our picturesque vineyards.
We are registered for the NSW Dine & Discover program and accept the $25 vouchers. Only one voucher per table can be used on table service food only. Cannot be used on takeaway or alcohol.

Local & Fresh
The breakfast menu utilizes eggs from the estate’s free range chickens and the organic veggie patch provides herbs, citrus and vegetables for the kitchen. Fresh condiments, oils and house made cheeses are also served freshly made. All food is sourced locally if not estate grown.
We showcase our range of wines with wine and food matching at seasonal “In Season” dinners (see our “dinners” section for the next upcoming event).
The restaurant is fully licensed and all RidgeView wine is available at very affordable ‘cellar door’ prices. BYO wine attracts a $10/bottle corkage. No BYO for groups of 10 or more
