All our white wines are perfect examples of the varietal and reflect the Hunter terroir. From the classic Semillon, Verdelho and Chardonnay through to the lesser known varieties of Viognier, Traminer and Pinot Gris, you will be sure to find a style that excites the palate. For something completely different why not try our "Helping Hands White"; a blend of Pinot Gris, Viognier and Verdelho and one of the most popular of our whites at cellar door. All our wines are designed to compliment food and examples of these are given in the tasting notes. As we handcraft small quantities of each variety most are in limited supply, so don't miss the chance to order some for your cellar.
